How to Whitelist Club Capital Emails in Outlook (Microsoft 365)

Want to keep our emails out of the black hole known as your spam folder? Just add us to your Safe Senders list and you’ll never miss a beat (or a deadline).

Option 1: Whitelist the Entire Club Capital Domain

This option ensures that any email from @club.capital reaches your inbox.

Steps:

  1. Open Outlook and sign into your Microsoft 365 account.

  2. Click the gear icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner to open Settings.

  3. Scroll down and click View all Outlook settings.

  4. Select Mail > Junk email.

  5. Under Safe senders and domains, click + Add.

  6. Type in: @club.capital

  7. Press Enter and then click Save.

Option 2: Whitelist Specific Club Capital Email Addresses

If you'd prefer to only allow messages from certain Club Capital team members, you can whitelist individual email addresses.

Steps:

  1. Repeat steps 1–4 from above.

  2. Under Safe senders and domains, click + Add.

  3. Enter the full email addresses, such as:

Final Check: Remove Any Blocks

Review your Blocked senders and domains list. If any Club Capital emails or the domain @club.capital is listed there, remove them.

That’s It!

After saving, emails from Club Capital should appear in your inbox.
