Don't fret, however, you can still manage your cash balance in Xero with these easy steps: 1. Click the bank account in the dashboard you'd like to work on 2. Click the **+New Transaction** button above the table 3. Here under ***New Spend Money*** you can add any check/transaction you've made in real time by editing each column including **To:** and the **Date** 4.
