      How to Access and Read Your Financial Reports with Club Capital

      Overview

      Your monthly financial reports are the foundation for understanding your agency’s performance and making confident decisions. This guide walks you step-by-step through how to access, view, and interpret your financial reports in Fathom and TaxDome — the two platforms where Club Capital publishes your financials each month.

      1. When Your Reports Are Published

      Monthly financials for the previous month are automatically published in Fathom on the 20th of each month.

      Example:
      September’s financials will publish on October 20th, 2025.

      This ensures our accounting team has time to review, reconcile, and verify the accuracy of your reports before they’re released.

      2. Accessing Your Financial Reports in Fathom

      Fathom is our financial reporting platform. It provides visual dashboards, key metrics, and downloadable financial statements.

      To access your reports:

      1. Go to [Fathom - Financial Reporting Portal]

      2. Log in using your registered email address and password.

        • If you’re a new client, you’ll receive an email invitation from Fathom to set up your account.

        • Existing clients can log in directly.

      3. Once logged in, hover over your company name on the dashboard.

      4. Click on “Reports.”

      5. You’ll find each monthly financial report saved here.

        • Click the report to view it directly on the website, or

        • Hover over a specific month and select “Download” to save a PDF copy.

      3. What Each Report Includes

      Each monthly financial report in Fathom includes the following key reports and insights:

      • Profit & Loss (P&L):
        Shows your revenue, expenses, and net income for the month. Helps you understand where your money is coming from and where it’s going.

      • KPI Dashboard:
        Highlights key performance metrics like gross margin, operating profit, and expense ratios. Tracks the main drivers of profitability and benchmarks your progress over time.

      • Trend Analysis:
        Visual charts showing revenue, expenses, and profit across months. Helps you spot growth patterns, seasonal trends, and early signs of concern or opportunity.

      4. Accessing Documents in TaxDome

      In addition to Fathom, copies of your reports and statements are securely stored in TaxDome, our document management system.

      To access them:

      1. Log in to [TaxDome Client Portal].

      2. Navigate to the “Documents” section.

      3. Open the folder labeled “_Financial Reports & Benchmarking.”

      4. Download or print any report as needed.

      This ensures you always have a backup of your reports and can easily share them with your partners, or lenders if required.
